This is the first new song I've gotten excited about. It has kind of a Paul Simon-esque feel to it. I nabbed it from a link Kristin posted on Facebook, so
if you're friends with her, be a stalker and find it. If you're not, maybe somebody who knows how (see: not me) will up it to the private forum.
I'd love to hear what others think of it.

Make. It. Stop.
Sorry Ali. It's like SAY to me right now. Maybe it just needs some tweaking. Maybe if I play it backwards it'll be quite nice. Maybe I'll hear, "I'm not even going to mention the word douche. Wait a second I just did. Oh I fell and clipped my lid Yup, Yup, Yup" I tell you this songwriting is easy. So yeah, not a huge fan of this one. Maybe in time. *edited to add why: I don't like the lyrics. They seem childish. The melody doesn't do much for me either. So I guess I'm just not that into it. |

I really like it too, Ali. And, you're right, it does have a Paul Simon feel to it.

It's the harmonies in the chorus that get me. I'm a sucker for harmony.

The lyrics get me. I relate to them so well.

I don't mind the other heartbreak warfare song. I think that's the title. It sounds promising.
