I did a search and couldn't find anything on this topic. I am about to get my hair cut...much needed! I really need some ideas. I've been letting it
grow out but I tend to pull it back in a ponytail all the time. I have really curly hair but I also wear it straightened with a flat iron and also curled with
a big barrel curling iron. I have a square/round face and a big forehead. Does anyone have any ideas for hairstyles? I'd consider long, medium, or short.
However, I'd have to LOVE the style to go short again. Pictures would be appreciated!

Don't go short. It's traumatizing. I chopped all mine off 10 months ago and I'm still not over it.

I agree with the short hair being traumatizing. And if you go short, watch the style...my stylist made it much shorter in the back, which is fine if you
don't have seriously curly/wavy hair...it's super high maintenance.

I 100% disagree with Mer and Jelly. Go short! Especially if you have even a tiny inkling of wanting to do it. You look adorable with short hair, Jo. And if you
want to cut it short and wind up cutting it to another long or medium length, you'll be annoyed you didn't just do it. I'm going to find some
hairstyles and post them here for you. Yay! I love new haircuts!

Ok, ignore the fact that it's Nicole Ritchie. But I always loved you with this kind of length, Jo. It's not UBER short. Just short enough to be sassy
and fun and easy to manage. You'd still be able to get it back in a short ponytail too if you needed to.

I love the bangs, Jo. Great change of pace for you. But I think you could stand to take off another 2-3 inches so it's cropped just above your shoulders. You'd still be able to do a ponytail and 1) your face isn't fat, and 2) short hair that frames your face is actually more flattering than longer hair. True story. You always look cute, Jo. i seriously would have considered it had i seen your post. i had NO idea what i wanted.
i'm gonna give this a few days or so. see, if it grows on me. i have a square face. and with baby weight...it's round. i wish i could see what my hair would look like BEFORE i cut it. like, i'd want to see what it would look like curly, straight, and curled with a curling iron. haha.

Jo, my face is HELLA round right now (hi extra 80 lbs that I cannot attribute to baby weight!). And I've been rocking a short cut for the past year. I was
doing the just past the chin in the front, to way up to the neckline in the back and it was crazy flattering. My hairdressers (both here and in Michigan) have
told me many many times how much more flattering a face-framing shorter cut is when you've got a "rounder" face. That's their nice way of
telling me my face is getting fat. Ha.

this just in: i'm seriously contemplating the nicole ritchey haircut. i just showed it to jeremy and he said, "sure. whatever you want."
that's saying a lot for him b/c he likes my hair long. i'm just not thrilled with this haircut. mainly b/c the bangs are work. i hate work.
