I feel slightly sick to my stomach, I'm so excited that football season is about to begin!! Who's with me?? Tonight I'm going to the Chiefs v Rams preseason game (in a suite! hells yeah!), and then on Saturday Michigan makes its big debut with our new coach. He's really shaken things up, so this season could be ugly. But I'm freakin out about getting to see them play on Saturday! GO BLUE!

We were drinking beers in the jeep and we saw the storm coming in, but we figured we'd wait until it blew over. Obviously we had no clue how massive it was going to be. We managed to wait until a break and ran in to the suite where we then watched everybody else run around, trying to find cover multiple times. Of course, when we left just as the second half started, we got hit with a downpour on our walk to the car. Boo! Still, fun times!

We were on our way there and it was raining a little bit where we were, but on the radio they kept saying it was storming at the stadium and the game was getting delayed. So we were afraid we were going to get there, wait for the game, and then have it canceled or pushed back even more, and we still needed to finish packing for our vacation. So we just went home. But to be honest, while I was glad to be in the suite considering the weather, it's a little tough to get into the game when you're in there. We left right as the second half was starting too. But it was a fun night. I still can't believe it was gorgeous all day and then BOOM! Storms all over the game. Haha. Have fun on your honeymoon!

Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	at my old job we had an office in Baton Rouge and i traveled there fairly often. everyone at our BR office was an LSU alum and so they took me to a few games. tiger stadium is an absolutely amazing place to be, and i just kind of got captivated with the team.
