I haven't done so well this week. I am on a completely different routine, with my new job. I went over points yesterday, but everything i am eating is really good stuff. Today, I was going to just get by on an energy bar for lunch but my tech lead told me that there was a big cafeteria in one of the other buildings so i walked over there and HAD to have the turkey and dressing for lunch, with carrots and green beans. I feel rejuvenated.
I lose weight best when I also have my walks with Toby (my dog) and also my Curves workouts. Those 2 together are magical for me for how i feel, and losing weight, and how i feel like i look.
However, in the last week, because i was running all over Houston every day getting things done for the new job, i haven't had my exercise routine in place. I will figure it out, though, even though things are going to have to be at different times.
