Amy, if you're using Safari (like me), Safari doesn't support the WYSIWYG editor. So you won't see the editing controls above your reply box. If you want to use those, you'll have to use Firefox or IE.

As for the no paragraphs, you can manually add the line breaks by putting a (br) but with the <> carrots instead of parentheticals. Or you can just use the quick reply box, which for some reason works just fine with adding paragraphs.

Amy, are you using a mac?

If not, when you go to reply, check to make sure that you are using the wysiwyg editor and not the bbcode editor. There should be a link somewhere around your reply box that will allow you to switch.

If you are using a mac, let me know and I'll work with you.

How come when I want to reply i can't use different colors, fonts, smilies, or add pictures??? Also why doesn't it let me write in paragraphs??? confused help!

Gang, there's no turning back now. I have officially placed us on the queue to be migrated to Yuku.

I know, I know, I hate change too. But this change is inevitable, and I just read some more into it and it turns out if we migrate voluntarily now, we'll have more personal attention paid to our community's move than if we wait and do it en masse with a bajillion other ezboard communities later.

It will be different. There will be an adjustment period. But we will survive. We will hold each other's hands and get through it together. And yes, we can and will curse the shit out of Yuku the whole time. Ok? Ok!

That said, I'm not sure how long it will take for our community to migrate. I believe other communities have had a warning posted when the migration is occurring, so that the members are aware. From what I understand, during the actual migration, some posts may be lost, but only those that are posted literally during that little...
